Event description

Wine snob or complete amateur, join the sommelier and team at North Bird for the second part of an interactive night of paired white wines and a 4 course meal.

The hand picked red wines will represent 4 dine in price points of $40, $75, $115 and $150 a bottle.

Does expensive wine taste better or are all grapes the same?

Put your wine knowledge to the test by guessing the wine varieties and price point. If your skills allow you to be the wine master for the night, a prestigious bottle of wine awaits you.

Four course meal to be shared at your table:

-Organic Beef Rump Tartare on Potato Bread Crisp w Horseradish Cream [GF] (veg option available)

-Confit Beetroot Salad w Apple & Carraway Dressing, Smoked Ricotta [GF]

-Linguine Alla Norcina, Pork Sausage, Porcini Cream, Parmesan (GF & veg option available)
